The Employer dashboard will show a list of all jobs they have uploaded, with active jobs at the top and draft at the bottom. Any draft jobs can be activated by clicking the “Finish Onboarding” button to confirm details and submit the role live.
The employer has 3 main options to view candidates for each job:
- View Candidates Matched (instant AI-assisted results)
- Advanced Search (manual search tool)
- Candidates Applied (list of resumes WCB has submitted)
