If a Service Provider submits an application to a job posted directly on the WCB Acuspire platform by an employer, it is possible for the employer to respond directly by message. Responses will be sent by email and will also appear in the Messages tab in the left sidebar, for easy accessibility.
Service Providers may respond within the Messages panel or directly by email. This enables rapid back and forth with the employers for convenience.
