Uploading a Job

đź•’ Note: It takes ~15 minutes to index a newly uploaded job before it appears in matches and email alerts. Advanced Search is able to show jobs immediately.

Q: What format of document is accepted?

A: The WCB Acuspire platform accepts standard text based documents:

  • Microsoft Word (.docx, .doc)
  • Adobe Acrobat (.pdf)
  • Open Document (.odt)
  • Rich Text Format (.rtf)

Alternatively, employers may paste a job description directly into the text box.

Steps to post a job:

  1. Click the “Add a Job” button in the top right corner of the interface.

  3. Use either “Drag and Drop” or “Write a Job Description”.
  4. image

  5. Confirm the Job Title
  6. image

  7. Confirm the location (city), where you are looking for candidates, and Experience Level.
  8. image

  9. Click Additional Preferences if there are any special requirements.

  11. Confirm Workload and Compensation
  12. image

  13. Questionnaire (optional): The employer has the option to provide some additional private questions to be answered by the Service Provider on behalf of the worker.

  15. Click “See Matches” to instantly see a list of candidates that are available and potentially qualified for the role. Clickable controls are circled in red in the screenshot below.
