Creating a Company on Behalf of an Employer

WCB and other Service Providers are able to create "Company" accounts on the wcb-employer side of the platform to assist with on-boarding new employers and jobs into Job Connections. Best practice is to have a single account for the full service provider, as any one of multiple staff will be able to assist with onboarding new employers.

Important: You will need to use a separate email than on the wcb-worker side of the platform.
  1. Register the new email / password here: https://wcb-employer.jobconnections.net/register Example:

  3. Enter a company name. For example, "Amazing Warehouses".

    Upload a logo if you are able to find one. This helps service provider staff to easily identify jobs as they scroll through job matches and search results.

  5. You can create unlimited new companies! Each will have jobs and separately managed, and you'll be able to add a company representative to each Click the avatar in the top right corner, then click the "Create Company" button.

  7. To invite external employer staff to the newly created company, click the "Membership" tab and enter their email. They will then have access to view all the jobs you've uploaded and browse candidates available. You can also optionally invite staff from within your service provider to assist with new job uploads.
